Airport Treviso Venezia closed from 1st June to 30 September inclusive of works on the track, therefore all flights operated from Spain to the airport (Ryanair only) will Venice airport itself, ie the Venezia Marco Polo (VCE).
At you had bought the ticket and for the summer, I guess you sent (if not already done so) an e-mail comunicándoos change and giving them the option of returning the ticket.
This change is a small advantage for those who want to travel to Venice during the summer as the Venice Marco Polo airport is about 30 miles closer than Venice and Treviso is also better connected with the city itself.
